House Sparrow Photos Gallery

The House Sparrow (Passer domesticus) is one of the world’s most common species. Native to Europe and Asia, it has been introduced to many other areas including the Americas & Australia. House Sparrows live up to their name by being closely associated with man and urban areas.

Sadly House Sparrows are in decline in the UK, so much so that they are listed as a Red Status species by the RSPB.
